following:<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>\u2013 Deduction for individuals (IRPF)<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Personal income tax taxpayers can deduct part of their donations to public benefit associations according to the following scale:<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>Up to \u20ac250: deduction of 80% from the amount donated.<\/li><li>Remainder of donation: 40% deduction of the remaining amount.<\/li><li>Recurrence: If in the two previous years equal or greater donations were made to the same entity, the deduction for the part that exceeds \u20ac250 increases to 45%.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>\u2013 Deduction for legal entities (Corporate Tax)<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>Companies and other companies subject to corporate tax deduct 35% from donations made to these associations.<\/li><li>If the multi-year donation conditions are met (same or greater amounts in the two previous years), the deduction increases to 40% of the deduction base.<\/li><li>The basis for this deduction (the total donations) cannot exceed 101% of the taxable base for the
