Then, mix the almond milk, sugar, and oil in a container and stir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then the honey and right after the florentine and spelt flour, the almond flour, the baking soda, a pinch of salt and the grated orange peel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At each step we have to mix so that everything is very homogeneous. Then we add the pitted cherries and mix. We put the dough in a mold and cover it with flaked almonds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We bake it at 170\u00baC for about 45 minutes.
