A continuaci\u00f3, s&#8217;afegeix aigua, o brou vegetal, i es van afegint les verdures segons temps de cocci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En primer lloc, s&#8217;afegeix la patata a daus grossos, quan estan pr\u00e0cticament cuites, s&#8217;afegeixen les carxofes negres, tallades no molt grosses, i al cap de 5 minuts afegim la pastanaga a rodanxes. Llavors s&#8217;afegeixen els p\u00e8sols, les faves a trossets petits, i finalment els p\u00e8sols de bullir, amb un poc de pebre bord i moraduix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalment, s&#8217;incorporen els ous bullits durant 6 minuts, i aturant la cocci\u00f3 amb aigua i gel.
