class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-step preparation of the recipe<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The night before, soak the black beans in plenty of water.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>To prepare this recipe we can use:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Dried beans already peeled before soaking.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Or peel them by hand after soaking.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>The next day, strain the beans and place them in a pot with approximately 1 liter of cold water.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>While the water starts to boil, prepare the vegetables:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Wash the spinach and cut it into regular pieces.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>We grate the cherry tomatoes.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Peel the onion and cut it into julienne strips.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Peel the pumpkin, potato and carrot, and cut them into cubes or regular pieces.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>When we have all the vegetables prepared, we add them to the pot with the beans and add salt.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Let the mixture boil for approximately 1 hour, or until the beans are very tender.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>A few minutes before turning off the heat, add the herba-sana leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>We check the salt level, add a good drizzle of virgin olive oil and grind everything until we obtain a creamy texture.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>We serve the fava hot.<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h2
