The challenge of the Local Variety badge<\/p>\n<p> This is part of the pilot project &quot;Innovation in the differentiation of local varieties in the local market&quot;, funded by Fogaiba.<\/p>\n<p> The day had a first part where the brand 100% autochthonous breed and the work done for the proposal of the distinctive Local Variety was announced. There was a tasting of local varieties that were presented and explained by the producers themselves, and in the second part of the day they exchanged experiences and debated the proposal for the distinctive Local Variety. This second part was led by Xavi Moy\u00e0 of the micro-cooperative Bauma Other Perspectives.<\/p>\n<p> We would like to thank the Porreres City Council for the transfer of the space and the reception
