It is dark green in color when it is not yet ripe, and it is usually harvested already ripe, red or with shades of green and reddish. It is very good for toasting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When and how is it sown?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>seedling can be done from January to mid-April<\/strong>. It is transplanted in May and harvested from July.
