{"id":10125,"date":"2026-05-14T11:37:03","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:37:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/varietatslocals.org\/?p=10125"},"modified":"2026-05-14T11:38:04","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:38:04","slug":"receta-de-garbanzos-salteados-con-morcilla-pimienta-azul-y-picornells","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/varietatslocals.org\/es\/recepta-de-ciurons-saltejats-amb-botifarro-pebre-blau-i-picornells\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta de garbanzos salteados con morcilla, pimienta azul y picornes."},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 data-section-id=\"nxghj6\" data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"692\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"940\">\n<li>250gr de <a href=\"https:\/\/varietatslocals.org\/es\/producto\/ciuro-mallorqui\/\">garbanzos mallorquines<\/a> cocidos<\/li>\n<li>Una cebolla rubia<\/li>\n<li>Picornells<\/li>\n<li>2 o 3 <a href=\"https:\/\/varietatslocals.org\/es\/categoria-producto\/semillas\/verano-2\/tomatigas\/\">Tomates de ramillete<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 o 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/varietatslocals.org\/es\/producto\/pimienta-azul\/\">Pimienta azul<\/a> tostados y pelados<\/li>\n<li>2 Butifarrones<\/li>\n<li>2 o 3 grandes ajo mallorqu\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>Perejil<\/li>\n<li>Moraduix<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta buena<\/li>\n<li>Laurel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3n de la receta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n grande haremos un sufrido, primero con los ajos cortados en l\u00e1minas, la cebolla cortada peque\u00f1a, un poco de perejil capolat, moraduix y una hoja de laurel y cuando sea un poco cocido a\u00f1adiremos los tomates de ramillete rallados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortamos los pimientos azules tostados en tiras y los a\u00f1adimos a la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelamos y cortamos los butifarrones y los a\u00f1adimos junto con los picornillos. Lo dejamos cocer todo un poco a fuego medio hasta que los picornells est\u00e9n hechos y acto seguido y a\u00f1adimos los garbanzos con un poco de pimienta y sal.
