Remanamos y cuando se haya integrado todo, a\u00f1adimos el aceite de oliva. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1adimos poco a poco la harina de jaula, amasamos y dejamos reposar durante 2h a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, pelamos las alcachofas y reservamos con un poco de lim\u00f3n para que no se oxiden. Al fuego fuerte vamos a\u00f1adiendo las alcachofas y un poco de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de 2h, se estira la masa y se pone en el horno a 200 grados durante 6 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces, cogemos la cebolla confitada, las alcachofas sofritas y el junquillo, y los a\u00f1adimos en este orden sobre la torta.
