En la chuleta le eliminamos previamente la corna y pelamos la morcilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la sart\u00e9n, a fuego alto, a\u00f1adimos primero la chuleta con un poco de sal y pimienta buena. Despu\u00e9s, la reservamos y, con el mismo aceite de la chuleta, a\u00f1adimos la calabaza; cuando est\u00e9, la reservamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora a\u00f1adimos la colflori, y tambi\u00e9n podemos a\u00f1adir la morcilla; cuando est\u00e9, lo reservamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, tostamos los pi\u00f1ones y las pasas, y con el repollo borrachono.
