class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3n paso a paso de la receta<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>La noche antes, ponemos las habas negras en remojo con abundante agua.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Para preparar esta receta podemos utilizar:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Habas secas ya peladas antes de remojarlas.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>O bien pelarlas a mano despu\u00e9s del remojo.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente, colamos las habas y las ponemos en una olla con aproximadamente 1 litro de agua fr\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Mientras el agua empieza a hervir, preparamos las verduras:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Lavamos las espinacas y las cortamos en trozos regulares.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Rallamos los tomates de ramillete.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Pelamos la cebolla y la cortamos en juliana.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Pelamos la calabaza, la patata y la zanahoria, y las cortamos en dados o trozos regulares.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Cuando tengamos todas las verduras preparadas, las incorporamos en la olla con las habas y a\u00f1adimos sal.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Dejamos hervir el conjunto aproximadamente 1 hora, o hasta que las habas est\u00e9n bien tiernas.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Unos minutos antes de apagar el fuego, a\u00f1adimos las hojas de hierba-sana.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Comprobamos el punto de sal, a\u00f1adimos un buen chorro de aceite de oliva virgen y trituramos todo hasta obtener una
