This year there have been new additions to the association's seed catalog. We present three new summer varieties!
Firstly, the pepper tomato, which is shaped like a pepper, as its name indicates, and is very sweet and suitable for canning. https://www.varietatslocals.org/producte/tomatiga-de-pebre/
Secondly, the large pear tomato, which is similar in shape to a pear, but is larger and a little more rounded. It is used to eat raw or make preserves. https://www.varietatslocals.org/…/tomatiga-de-pera-grossa/
Finally, the white courgette, a variety that comes from Catalonia. We have categorized it among interesting varieties from other places, since we have not been able to recover any local variety of courgette. It is a creeping plant, and produces fruits that, if harvested when they are a palm's length, have a very fine taste. https://www.varietatslocals.org/…/carabasso-blanc-de…/
