The "D'orella d'ase" cauliflower it is a very vigorous plant and can weigh more than 2 kg. It is from the half-time cauliflowers.
When and how is it sown?
The seedling can be done from August to September for transplant between September and October. The harvesting takes place from the month of February. The sowing distance is 50 cm between plants and 80-100 cm between rows.
