On the occasion of the Day of the Peasant Struggle and for Food Sovereignty (April 17), S'altra Senalla has recorded a podcast with the participation of several entities.
Representing the Local Varieties Association, Andrea Cardona participated.
During the debate, topics such as food justice, the relationship between current food production and consumption, as well as the recovery of traditional practices and knowledge were discussed.
There has also been reflection on the situation in Mallorca, our consumption habits and future paths towards a more sustainable food system.
