the project «Characterization of Mallorcan white onion and red pepper» this is an Applied Research Grant carried out in collaboration with the Sant Joan Agricultural Cooperative. Through this, the technical report of red pepper and white onion is made in order to include them in the Catalog of local varieties of agricultural interest in the Balearic Islands.
