The Andratx red onion it is red in color, flat and very sweet in taste. Ideal for eating raw. Medium preservation of the bulbs.
When and how is it sown?
You can start at sow from October, about 20-30 cm apart, and is transplanted three or four weeks later. Harvesting takes place from July.
