In recent weeks we have been making videos with the organization CERAI, within the framework of the project "«Sustainability on the plate: Local varieties and traditional gastronomy for sustainable food», financed by the Department of Environment and Territory, of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
These videos deal with the conservation of local varieties of wheat from Mallorca and apricot from Porreres, and that is why some of our associates participate.
