You can already see, through the CERAI YouTube channel, the video that we have this year in collaboration with this entity, within the framework of the project «Sustainability on the plate: Local varieties and traditional gastronomy for sustainable food», financed by the Department of Environment and Territory, of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
