The "Cor de bou" tomato it is a heart-shaped type of tomato, large, with a lot of flesh and thin skin. It is sweet and juicy. Better to cheat.
When and how is it sown?
Yes sowing from mid-January to April, but it is recommended to do it early because with the rains at the end of summer it gets muddy. It can be transplanted from April to May, and harvested from July until the arrival of the first cold weather. The sowing distance is 50 cm between plants, and 70 cm between rows.
