theWinter spinach it is a spinach with long and broad leaves of a dark green color. Meaty texture. The plant is very rustic, resistant to the cold. It is usually done in shady places. It has a good production performance and is fast growing. It is very tasty and is good both raw and cooked.
When and how is it sown?
The direct sowing from September to February and the harvest between November and April. The Planting distance is 10-15 cm between plants, and 30-40cm between rows..
It is advisable to soak the seed the evening before sowing so that it does not lack moisture to germinate.
