Last month we received a visit from Edurne Caballero and Ana Santidrián, from Connecting rod and Earth, an entity that runs different initiatives in the agri-food sector, ensuring sustainability, ecofeminism and food sovereignty.
Over the course of two months, they visited several projects throughout the territory to learn firsthand about transformative experiences linked to food production and consumption.
Among these initiatives is the Association, where we were able to show them the different tasks that are carried out there, as well as the work of recovering, conserving and disseminating local varieties.
